I have never ordered promotional products for my company before. Where do I begin?

Do you only offer the products that are available on your website www.greatcreates.com.au?

Our website has over 2,500 products and offers a great opportunity for you to use as an ideas builder. However, we are continually creating and testing new products and regularly update these on the website. We also work with a large network of manufacturers so if you don’t see what you are after then reach out. There is a very good chance that we will be able to source it for you.

Do I have to order a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

All our products have the MOQ listed. The listed MOQ is at an optimal level so that products can be priced reasonably.

We totally get that you may not require the listed quantity. You have the option of purchasing in smaller quantities but please be aware that the price per unit for MOQ will be lower than the price per unit for quantities lower than MOQ. We will offer the MOQ price and the one that you require so you can make a comparison and an informed choice.

What if I don’t want my products to be printed with a logo or design? Can I buy them without printing.

Yes, absolutely!

We offer conventional and latest branding technologies to make your logo and design shine.

I have many colours in my design. Can you print many colours?

Yes, we offer a range of printing methods that allow single and multiple colour printing. We can advise you of the most suitable and cost-effective method for your design. You can also read about different print methods here<<<Insert link for branding>>>>

Can I see what my product will look like before it is printed?

Yes! Our graphic designers reate digital mock ups of the product with your design as a complementary service. Digital mock ups allow you to get a preview of what your final product will look like. It also allows us to bring to your attention any issues in the design that may need to be fixed. We go to print only after receiving your written approval.
We also offer production samples for a fee so please feel free to discuss this with us.

Do you need specific files for artwork?

Vector files are the best ones for logos and designs as they do not lose their quality or get pixelated when scaled to the required size for printing. Vector files include EPS, AI, PDF and SVG formats. Vector images are acceptable for pad printing and screen printing. All text in your logo must be converted to outlines. PMS Colours and placed images need to be either embedded or supplied as separate files.

We don’t have vector files. Will PNG, JPEG work?

These files are low-resolution and produce a low print quality so we do not use them. Our graphic designers can redraw the files in vector format. There is a fee associated with this as the process can potentially take time. We will advise you of the costs.

How does the pricing work on your site?

All of our promotional products have a minimum order quantity (MOQ) listed. The price indicated is for unbranded products and for a large quantity purchase.

Why can’t I see the pricing for printed products?

Pricing depends on quantities required and the type of printing suitable for your design. Please follow the steps below so we can provide a custom quote for your order:

  • Identify the product (or products) of interest
  • Select the colour for each product
  • Enter your desired quantity
  • Click on the “Add to Quote” button on the right-hand side
  • After selecting all the products hover your mouse on the CART Button at the top of the Page and click “View Quote List”
  • You will land on a new page where you will be required to submit your contact information and your design.
  • Click the “Proceed to Submit your Quote” button

We will contact you with pricing within 1 business day of receiving your form.

Can you price match?

We take pride in the quality of our products and service. Our brand image and yours are way too precious and not up for negotiation just to get a job. However, if you show us a lower written quote for an identical item then why price match? We will beat it!

What forms of payment do you take?

We accept payment by EFT and Credit Card. We offer AfterPay for purchases over AU $200.00 (excluding GST)

Can I get a product sample to see the quality?

Yes, we 100% support “try-before-you-buy”.
We are happy to supply blank samples so just let us know which products are of interest and we will provide you with a quote.

Can I get a sample of my product printed with my design?

We can provide an individual printed sample but please note that it is expensive to get one printed sample. We totally get that it is a BIG step to commit your hard-earned cash without knowing what the end product will be. To take that stress away, we offer digital mock ups so that you can have a preview of what your product will look like. We do not proceed to print unless we have your approval to do so. Digital mock ups are a complementary service too. Most of our clients are happy with this process and do not feel the need to get a physical sample of the printed product. However, this can be arranged at a cost if you so require.

How much is delivery?

Freight depends on many factors, including quantity and size of products ordered. We will advise you of this along with the quote.

How long will it take to receive my order?

It takes anywhere between 5 – 10 business days to process orders plus 3 – 5 days for delivery. Indent orders take between 15 – 20 business days for production plus 3 – 5 business days for delivery. Delivery times also depend on your geographic location and you will be advised of this when your order is despatched. We will try our best to accommodate your orders if they are time critical.

Where can you ship to?

We are based in Brisbane, Queensland but ship Australia-wide and internationally.

I want to send some items directly to my clients located all around Australia. Can you ship to multiple locations?

Yes, we can assist you with direct shipping to multiple locations and can advise you of the shipping fee.
